Over the past few years VIA Rail has been transforming its trains, stations and tracks. These improvements support our commitment to connect people, both through travel and more recently online.
VIA Rail’s strong presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) provides an invaluable way to listen to what you are saying about us. In January, we reached 75,000 fans on Facebook, while our Twitter followers have reached over 13,500.
Later this spring, we are improving our on-board experience, with on-board entertainment in the Corridor promoting Canadian content.
And this is just the beginning. In the coming years, we will continue to modernize, improve and stay connected in order to ensure that VIA Rail continues to provide an outstanding travel service to all Canadians.
